Christa Dhimo, Dr.BA., M.B.A., M.Sc.M., PMP®

Dr. Christa Dhimo is best known for her experience in accelerating start-ups with fast launch deadlines and resetting organizations to maintain their competitiveness. She has successfully designed and led startup and transformation initiatives, ranging from early-stage science companies to Fortune 100 engineering firms, and she “geeks out” about what makes companies work better, using her 20+ years’ experience in strategy, innovation, and performance across multiple industries. She also continues her applied, real-world research in strategy and organizational performance so that her knowledge remains up to date, leveraging modern techniques to enable the best possible outcomes.

Christa places unique emphasis on business models that integrate the Sales, Operations, Financial and People side of business. Her achievements include leading growth and revenue-generating initiatives, inclusive of launching commercial products and overseeing large portfolios. On the operational side, she has designed and led complex compliance remediations, quality enhancement programs, and operational efficiency programs. She has worked in a range of highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), HR / Benefits and Business Outsourcing, Financial Management, and Professional Services.

All of her roles contributed to or led the start-up, growth, turn-around, and overall performance improvement of the companies in which she worked.

Christa holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Drexel University, where she focuses her research on employee voice behavior in highly regulated industries as a key driver of success. She received her MBA from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Management (Informatics) from the University of Dallas. She obtained a Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University, and has maintained her PMP® certification for over 20 years, understanding the importance of core executional competencies when driving strategy.
